How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your RefSys account, you may request account deletion by contacting us via email.

Please send your request from your registered email address and include your username or registered mobile number for verification purposes.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
• Any unused points, referrals, or task-related data will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.
